Admits 4:
Last Friday we admitted Evenson (24 days) and his older sister Sophonie (between 12-18 months). They were brought by their aunt and Pastor. Their Mom recently passed away and the Aunt isn’t able to care for them right now. Both of the children were sick when admitted, but a week later are doing much better. Evenson is still very tiny, so please pray that he gains weight quickly.
Discharge 1:
Ivenot was reunited with his Father on Tuesday! His Dad was so excited to have him back that he was smiling the entire time we were talking to him! Ivenot has recently learned how to sit up, and gained almost 4.5 lbs during his 4 months at COTP. He is such a happy healthy little boy and we are very excited that we were able to reunite them!
Birthday:
Cyndi Love turned four last week! She enjoyed her party, which was followed by a pool day!
Needs:
Diapers Newborn to 5 (we are still looking for more people to join our Diaper program)
Baby Lotion
Baby Wash
Rice Cereal
Lofas for bathing the children.

I am a high schooler, and tonight at my church, Adam and Mateja Barret came home to Sioux Falls and spoke to us. Mateja told us about Cyndi Love and seeing her in this context makes me happy and breaks my heart at the same time. I have always wanted to adopt even when I was little, and I hope that if my parents don’t, that I will be able to when I have my own family.
