Roseline first came to work for COTP in 2000. When she first started working, she helped take care of the kids as well as laundry. She later became the bottle washer. In late 2011, Roseline was promoted to work along side the international social worker to learn the position. Along with training for social work, Roseline learned computer skills. Roseline went from not knowing how to use a computer mouse to now working on an iPad every day. Roseline helped bridge the cultural gap between the international social workers and the Haitian families seeking help at COTP. Currently, Roseline works on a small team of 2 other social workers in order to ensure the families in our Nutrition programs are receiving the best care. She is a hard worker and kind hearted woman.
